About the Role

We are looking for someone who is looking to improve their sales skills, work with clients as well as our regional partners, creative, flexible and dynamic who could join us for a few months. Assist with our CRM, partnership outreach, client interaction and research new partners in each of our regions.

 

Responsibilities

  · Grow the network of partners in top wine destinations

  · Keeping up-to-date with the new-comers and changes: wineries, tour guides and hotels

  · Interacting with providers on-site and potential clients online and over the phone to make bookings

  · Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and e-mail and logging on our database

  · Pursuing all sales opportunities and leads on a regular basis with a view to sales conversion

  · Designing and arranging unique itineraries for tailor-made travel and events for both private and corporate clients

  · Making outbound marketing calls to our client database to promote new destinations and advise on future travel ideas

 

Requirements of the Role

  · A – Level / Scottish Highers / BTEC or NVQ equivalent

 · Current student or achieved BA or BSc (Marketing, Communications, Media, Tourism, Business desired)

 · Interest in Startups and entrepreneurial nature

 · Interest in travel, food and wine

 · Interest in a career in sales

 · Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 · Exceptional written and verbal skills

 · Dynamic, creative personality and eagerness to learn

 · Excellent multi-tasker

 · Fluency in one or several of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian

Dates & Remuneration

 · Starting immediately

 · 4-9 month placement

 · Full time

 · Work from home, remotely or with the team at our office in Piccadilly Circus

 · Expenses compensated plus the opportunity to travel to other countries
