We were very excited to taste the only (currently) pink offering from BIB Wine company recently, not just because all the others had been so good, but because it was made by our friend Justin Howard-Sneyd (the Master of Wine who works with BIB) from his own vineyard in the South of France: Domaine of the Bee.
NEW PRODUCT: DOMAINE OF THE BEE ‘BEE PINK’ 2017
Variety: 60% Grenache Noir, 20% Grenache Gris, and 20% Syrah
Wine Name: Domaine of the Bee
Official Tasting Notes (Written by Helena Nicklin)
A lovely, vibrant, rose-petal pink with a creamy, ripe strawberry nose. On the palate, the wine is packed full of ripe, red fruit but it finishes dry and has a lovely weight and complexity.
