Vondeling

Vondeling, meaning ‘foundling’ is a three-centuries-old winemaking estate with an environmentally sensitive approach to farming. Vondeling’s flagship wines, Vondeling Babiana and Vondeling Erica, are named after rare species of fynbos that are endemic to the Paardeberg mountain, the home of Vondeling wines.

Val de Vie

Amateurs and true wine connoisseurs will be able to appreciate Val de Vie’s fine wines. Wine making is a natural process at Val de Vie with a philosophy of minimal interference. The estate has replanted all its vineyards (15 different Rhône varietals) and revamped the 1825 winery. These include Clairette Blanche, Grenache blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne, Ugni blanc and reds such as Petite Sirah, Cinsaut, Carignan, Grenache noir, Mourvedre and Syrah or Shiraz.
